We map which roles use which modules and what each person needs to be able to do. Then we design the sessions around that, not around a generic syllabus.

Pre-go-live training

Training runs in a copy of your real system, with your actual data and configuration. By go-live, your team has already done the job once.

Go-live support

We're available during and after go-live to answer questions in real time, reinforcing training when it matters most.

Documentation handover

You receive recorded sessions and written guides. Your people can refer back anytime, and new starters have a proper onboarding resource.

Common questions.

How long does the training take?

It depends on how many roles and modules are involved. A focused training program for a small team across 2–3 modules typically runs 4–8 hours of structured sessions, spread over a few days.

Can you train remotely?

Yes — most of our training is delivered via Zoom or Teams with screen sharing. For complex, high-volume teams we can arrange on-site sessions in Melbourne.

What if staff change after go-live?

That's what the recordings and guides are for. You also have the option to book short ad-hoc sessions as needed.

Do you train advanced users like administrators?

Yes. We do end-user training and administrator training, including how to manage users, configure workflows, and handle day-to-day system administration.
